Our goal is to create an energetic exchange between ALL - Organizer | Vendor | Guest - where we all get to experience abundance as ONE. We’re looking for vendors who embody and embrace this co-creative, collaborative mission of ONE Love.
This year, we are working with Boothboss to seamlessly manage the vendor registration and payment process. Simply complete the form below to submit your application to vend at One Love Music and Art Festival 2017. Once completed you will have an opportunity to select your preferred vendor booth space on a map and make a payment to confirm. We will then review your application and be in contact to approve, confirm your space and complete your registration.
**Please note, you are not confirmed to vend until you receive confirmation back from us stating that your application has been approved.**
Food and Beverage Vendors are responsible for bringing everything necessary to set up their booth and safely and efficiently facilitate the production and sales of food and beverage. This includes an enclosed tent, hot/cold holding equipment, handwashing setups, 3-compartment sinks, working Point of Sale equipment and any necessary permits and paperwork/food-handler cards. If you plan to bring any pre-prepared foods from a restaurant, catering or commissary kitchen, please have a copy of your health department permit on hand at your booth to communicate where the prepared food comes from. We encourage you to create the most engaging and welcoming space you can and bring anything you might need to weatherproof (please prepare for sun, wind and possible rain) your booth. Our goal in layout is to serve everyone’s experience and create places to gather and mingle with a wide range of diverse food and beverage options for different parts of the day. We cannot guarantee the same foot-traffic and visibility to each and every booth. Trust in yourselves, your offering and positive energy - if you have great hospitality, food and beverage and a welcoming setup people will find you.
Load-in is scheduled to begin on Wednesday 18th October at 10am and will conclude at 5pm on Thursday 19th October.
There will be a mandatory booth health and safety inspection at 9am on Friday 20th October.
Load-out will begin promptly on Monday morning and must be completed by 2pm on Monday 23rd October.
Booth prices begin at $1250 for Beverage Only and $1750 for a 20ft wide Food and Beverage space. Both include admissions for crew. More info available by email.
Lastly, we reserve the right to make adjustments as necessary for safety and/or guest experience. Please be courteous to our volunteers and other vendors and communicate any setup questions, special needs or requirements prior to the event. Please contact email@example.com with any questions.
