If you are not happy with the services you have received from Yumba Bimbi, we’d like you to let us know as soon as possible so that we can quickly and appropriately respond. Importantly, we like to address concerns or issues before they become a formal complaint so we’d welcome you to call us first so that we can discuss and resolve issues. If you are not satisfied after speaking with one of our Managers or the General Manager, please complete the formal complaint form below.
On receipt of your complaint, we commit to responding to you in a timely manner. We will need to contact you about the complaint, so please provide your name and contact details. We will use the information you provide to assess and investigate your complaint. We will usually provide a copy of the complaint to the person or people you are directing your complaint at, and if necessary, others who have relevant information about the nature of the complaint.
