If you are in crisis and need to speak to someone immediately please call our support line at 859-253-2511.
A trained advocate will always answer that line and is ready to talk to you.
We know that having to wait to see a therapist can be really hard because of this we offer three symptom management sessions. During these sessions, you will meet with a crisis counselor or a therapist to discuss the challenges that your face in from your daily life and work together to develop skills to help you cope until you can start seeing an Ampersand therapist.
We will attempt to contact you twice by phone. Please be sure to check for voicemails from us and contact us again if you have not heard from us within a week.
Due to confidentiality regulations, we are unable to contact you via email or texting. Please call our hotline at 859-253-2511 or go to RAINN's online chat or the National Domestic Violence Hotline's online chat.
We will try our best to reach you at a time that works best for you. If we miss you and we have your permission, we will leave a voicemail with instructions on how to return the call.
Please feel free to use our crisis line if you need anything before you hear back from us. If you do not hear from a counselor at the end of 7 business days, please call our hotline for an update on your request.
