AIF Foster Application for Dogs

Thank you so much for your interest in being a foster home! Excellent foster homes are one of our number one needs. The more that we have, the more doggies we can save. "Angels in Fur" does not keep any of our rescued dogs in kennels. All of our dogs are in loving homes. The job of a foster home is to rehabilitate a doggie with affection, structure, training and everyday life. This is a service of true compassion! Without this type of positive interaction and bonding, our dogs would not be ready to be adopted into their forever homes.

The following questions are for safety reasons and to make sure that we “fit” you with a doggie that will be a comfortable addition to your home. All foster doggies start out at your home on a trial basis. We want to make sure that EVERYONE is happy! Our dogs will come with all of their belongings (food, bowls, beds, toys and a crate if they are crate trained and anything else they may need.)

I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant to hold harmless Angels in Fur Dog Rescue and it's members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster dog.

I accept full responsibility for the dog(s) actions at all times, and release Angels in Fur Dog Rescue from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such dog(s).

I agree to have Angels in Fur Dog Rescue complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application.

I agree that if I'm unable to foster the dog(s) anymore that I will return the dog(s) to Angels in Fur Dog Rescue and try to give Angels in Fur Dog Rescue a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster for the dog(s).
