Transfer your existing telephone number to Box Broadband.

    You will only need to fill in this form if you wish to transfer your existing number to Box Broadband. For new numbers, please contact us instead. 

    ⚠️ Please DO NOT cancel your telephone with your existing provider, if you have already requested them to cancel your service please call them urgently and ask to retract the cancellation or you will risk losing your number.

    To complete this form, you will need to provide:

    • A copy of your latest telephone bill. The bill must show the account holders name, address and telephone number to prove ownership. You can find your telephone bill in the online portal of your existing provider in most cases, look for a "PDF" or "Printable" version for best results.

    ⚠️ Do NOT cancel your existing provider, your existing provider must remain active during the transfer process. If you have asked them to cancel your account, please contact them urgently to retract your cancellation notice. Your current telephone number must be live and working with your current provider for us to transfer it. We're unable to reclaim numbers that an existing provider has already cancelled. - If you have a Redcare burglar alarm: please contact your alarm company to ask them to switch your alarm to GSM or Wifi communications before transferring your number. - If you have a care/nurse call alarm: please contact your alarm provider to ensure it is compatible with Voip telephone lines. They may need to provide you with an alternative unit for it to continue working after the transfer. Access to Emergency Services Voice Box from Box Broadband offers a high-quality replacement to the traditional copper-based landline, it is delivered through the same router that provides your internet access. In the event of a power outage there will be no power going to the router and the Voice service will not operate. This will be the case for all calls, including those to the emergency services. Please advise us if you are vulnerable, disabled, or do not have access to a usable mobile telephone during a power outage.
