  • Please note that you must check your tenancy agreement as to when you are contractually obliged to rent the property until, typically most tenancy agreements will not have a break clause for at least 6 months.

    After this 6 months, the tenancy becomes periodic and you are able to end it giving at least 1 months notice.

    Please note that if you leave the property while you are contractually obliged to rent it i.e. before 6 months has passed, you will forfeit your deposit.

    Additionally if you have failed to give us 1 months notice, you will forfeit the rent you are liable for from your deposit.

  • Please note that we can only do a check out from a property between the hours of 2pm and 8pm, Monday to Friday.

    If you require a check out at another time we will charge you £150 for this service which will be deducted from your deposit, unless approvedby Management.

    If you leave the property without having a check out we will fine you £150 and additionally you will not be able to have an input in the inventory, which again may affect deductions on your deposit.

    Please ensure that you have a full set of keys to give back at the check out if you fail to return the keys there will be a charge of £75.

    We expect the property to be returned in a clean state, and should we be of the opinion it is dirty we will charge you for cleaning, our rates start at £125 for rooms.
