Important: Prior to commencement of your tenancy, the above balance must be paid in full in cleared funds 3 working days before the ‘Tenancy Start Date’ by bank transfer only. Cheques and card payments will not be accepted. If the funds are not cleared in the account you will not be moved in. Conditions:

3.     On receipt of the holding deposit, we agree to remove the property from the market. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT in the event that you decide not to take up the tenancy for any reason.

4.     Responsibility falls on the tenant to complete and provide all documents required by the reference checking agency to conduct the reference checks within 48hrs of the date of this letter.

5.     The grant of the proposed tenancy is conditional upon:

a.     The receipt of the balance in cleared funds three (3) days prior to ‘Tenancy Start Date’.

b.     Receipt of satisfactory references.

c.     The signing by the tenant(s) of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement.

6.     The property is seen and accepted by the tenant as is. No responsibility will be accepted for errors or omissions.
