I have been explained to that the buildings insurance cover does not cover contents for my personal belongings.
I understand that while the landlord will not charge me for simple wear and tear of the property or any items within it.
I understand that I am required to return the property in the condition that it has been given to me in, aside from wear and tear there is to be no damage to any walls, floors, plugs, switches or furniture.
I understand that If furniture is to be replaced by the landlord there will be a cost for delivery and assembly in addition to the cost of the item of furniture.
I understand that if I lose a key or need the landlord or their agent to come out to let me into the property as I do not have a key or FOB there will be a £150 charge because the properties locks are part of a master key system.
I understand that if I do not leave the property in the same condition it is given to me in there will be deductions from the deposit I am paying.
I have been through the inventory with the check in agent and confirm I am happy that this report is a true and accurate reflection of the state of the property I am being given.
