QUALIFICATIONS, BACKGROUND AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

1. Applicant must devote a majority of their practice to negligence investigation for the plaintiff and/or criminal defense investigation, and be employed by a law firm or an investigative firm. Please provide the name, address, and telephone number of at least two (2) persons who can verify that you meet this requirement.

2. Applicant must be a licensed Private Investigator if required by the State in which the applicant is practicing or employed. Please attach a photocopy of your license and provide the name, address, and telephone number of the licensing authority in your State on the back of the copy of your license.

3. Applicant must have a minimum five years verifiable work experience as a full time legal negligence investigator for the plaintiff and/or as a criminal defense investigator. Applicant may substitute successful completion of at least 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours of course work at an accredited college or university for one year of work experience (must submit proof).
