According to Fraternity Laws, brothers may be expelled from the Fraternity for offenses. Expellees have their membership privileges revoked for life and should surrender their badge, membership certificate and membership card.
This Expulsion Form should be completed by the Eminent Archon of the chapter following a trial in which a guilty verdict is reached and an expulsion sentence is handed down judiciously. For details about how to bring a brother up for charges, consult Title II of the Fraternity Laws entitled "Fraternity Membership-Discipline".
At the end of this form, click "Submit," and the Expulsion Form will be routed to the Member Records Department at the Fraternity Service Center. Then, the Eminent Archon or other acting officer should retrieve the expellee's badge, membership certificate and membership card and send them to:
Sigma Alpha Epsilon
ATTN: Member Records

In addition, do not forget to remove the expelled brother from your member roster through your myΣAE Vault account on www.sae.net, and all chapter paperwork, including but not limited to school, Interfratenity Council and province rosters.
