Transfer Form

According to Section 37E3 of the Fraternity Laws, the transfer of a member from one chapter to another requires action on part of both the chapter from which the brother is transferring and the chapter to which the brother is transferring. As part of this process, the officers of the original chapter must demonstrate that the brother left in good standing. This form should be completed by the Eminent Archon or Eminent Treasurer of the original chapter from which the brother has transferred. At the end of this form, click "Submit," and the transfer form will be routed to the member services department at the Fraternity Service Center. Then, the information will be provided to the officers of the chapter on the campus to which the brother is transferring.
