TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Theatrebuzz Callboard was created in 2013 to provide a platform where performers seeking work and training opportunities in the performing arts could easily connect with those offering them. For over five years, driven by our passion for the arts and artists, we offered this service free of charge.
As our subscription base and web traffic grew, so did the cost of maintaining the platform and its services. By 2019, with over 9,000 subscribers, we could no longer afford to offer this service for free.
Workshop Publication Fees:
- Standard Workshop Publication: $150 TTD ($25USD)
- Expedited Workshop Publication: $300 TTD (effective Jan 1st 2025)
You will receive an invoice only if your submission is approved for publication. No fees will be charged for posts that do not meet our criteria. This policy has been in effect since August 1st, 2019.
2025 Update: Any workshop submitted for publication that begins within seven (7) days of submission will be considered an Expedited Workshop Publication and charged accordingly.
Workshop listings may have start dates more than 90 days after the submission date.
Facilitator Information: For each workshop, a headshot and a short bio (maximum 300 words) are required for all facilitators.
Payment Methods:
- Bank transfer for Trinidad and Tobago-based projects
- PayPal for international clients
Payment details will be provided once your post is approved for publication.
Note: We reserve the right to edit or amend submitted content to meet our publication standards.
