• Performing Arts Camp Submission

    Hosting an Arts Camp for the Easter, July/August or Christmas Holidays? Submit your details to our Theatrebuzz Callboard and when published, you'll reach OVER 12,000 subscribers directly via email. You'll also benefit from additional exposure when we share your casting call to our social media platforms.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    The Theatrebuzz Callboard was created in 2013 to provide a platform where performers seeking work and training opportunities in the performing arts could easily connect with those offering them. For over five years, driven by our passion for the arts and artists, we offered this service free of charge.

    As our subscription base and web traffic grew, so did the cost of maintaining the platform and its services. By 2019, with over 9,000 subscribers, we could no longer afford to offer this service for free.

    Camp Publication Fees:

    • Standard Publication: $150 TTD ($25USD)
    • Expedited Publication: $300 TTD (effective Jan 1st 2025)

    You will receive an invoice only if your submission is approved for publication. No fees will be charged for posts that do not meet our criteria. This policy has been in effect since August 1st, 2019.

    2025 Update: Any Camp submitted for publication, which begins within seven (7) days of submission will be considered an Expedited Publication and charged accordingly.

    Camp listings may not have start dates more than 60 days after the submission date.

    Facilitator Information: For each camp, a headshot and a short bio (maximum 300 words) are required for all camp directors.

    Payment Methods:

    • Bank transfer for Trinidad and Tobago-based projects
    • PayPal for international clients


    Payment details will be provided once your post is approved for publication.
