• Performing Arts Camp Submission

    Hosting an Arts Camp for the Easter, July/August or Christmas Holidays? Submit your details to our Theatrebuzz Callboard and when published, you'll reach OVER 12,500 subscribers directly via email. You'll also benefit from additional exposure when we share your casting call to our social media platforms.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    he Theatrebuzz Callboard was created in 2013 to provide a platform where performers seeking work and training opportunities in the performing arts could easily connect with those offering them. For many years, driven by our passion for the arts and artists, we offered this service free of charge.

    As the subscriber base and website traffic grew, so too did the costs associated with platform maintenance, administration, and distribution. In August 2019, publication fees were introduced to ensure the sustainability of the service while remaining mindful of affordability for users. After seven (7) years at the same rate, a further adjustment is now required to support the continued operation and development of the platform.

    Accordingly, effective March 1st, 2026, the following fees will apply:

    Camp Publication Fees:

    • Standard Publication: $200 TTD ($30USD)
    • Expedited Publication: $500 TTD 

    You will receive an invoice only if your post is approved for publication. Submissions that do not meet our publication criteria will not incur any charges.

    Additional Policies:

    • Expedited Publication: Listings submitted with a deadline of seven (7) days or less from the submission date will be considered an Expedited Publication and will be billed accordingly.

    • Deadlines: Listings may not have registration deadlines exceeding ninety (90) days from the date of submission.

    • Edits & Extensions: Once your listing is published, you are entitled to one (1) free edit at no additional cost. This includes, but is not limited to, updates such as extending the deadline, revising contact information, or clarifying details. Any further updates or edits beyond the first will incur an additional fee.

    • Camp Director details: For each camp, a headshot and a short bio (maximum 200 words) are required for all camp directors.

    Payment Methods:

    • Bank transfer for Trinidad and Tobago-based projects
    • PayPal for international clients


    Payment details will be provided once your post is approved for publication.

    Note: We reserve the right to edit or amend submitted content to meet our publication standards.
