I agree and acknowledge that by purchasing the Nest Learning Thermostat I am extending my existing ReadyHome security monitoring agreement with Comporium dated (the “Agreement Date”) by an additional 1 year and the Agreement will now terminate on (the “Termination Date”). All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. In addition, I agree and acknowledge that I will incur an early termination fee equal to the remaining months of the Agreement multiplied by the then current monthly recurring charge if I terminate the Agreement before the termination date stated above.
