  • Client Portrait Agreement/Contract/Waiver & Copyright Acknowledgment

  • Photographer kindly asks that all clients sign the model release so that photographer may display the images from their session on photographer’s website, www.LarissaBarresiPhotography.com, company Facebook page, and for using for marketing/promotional/advertising purposes. PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Larissa Barresi Photography to photograph myself and/or my underage children. I hereby grant Larissa Barresi Photography and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, and/or children will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Larissa Barresi Photography and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.*
  • COPYRIGHT: As a client of Larissa Barresi Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Larissa Barresi Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Larissa Barresi and/or Andrew Barresi, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. A limited PRINT RELEASE is included in my session fee. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. The images provided to you are licensed to you for PERSONAL purposes only, including but not limited to: printing, emailing, and web publishing. This license does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.*
