FUND RAISING RAFFLE FOR JAG NON-PROFIT ART GALLERY
To aid in our efforts to open a non-profit JAG art gallery in Julian, all raffle proceeds will be allocated to this worthy endeavor. If you would like to contribute a piece, please bring it with you when you drop off your work. Our raffles have generated some great proceeds in the past, and we hope to continue this as a tradition.
ART SHOW POLICIES AND RULES:
All art pieces must be original, ready for display (no saw tooth hangers), and suitable for family viewing. Unframed flat work may be displayed in a print rack supplied by the artist.
Artists will be required to complete display labels and place them on the front of their works at time of delivery of entries.
The number of hanging artworks per artist will be limited to a maximum of 8 pieces, space permitting. Tables are guaranteed for for those artists not hanging.
Those already hanging and those with a table or special space allocation may request an additional table provided there are extras. A fee of $10 will be charged, except for non-hanging artists’ tables.
JAG & Julian Chamber of Commerce assume no responsibility for damage, theft or loss of entered artwork.
All artists entering this show are required to work during the show, as well as help with after-show cleanup on Monday. Please contact our Scheduling Coordinator, Mary Morgan (760-765-3584, or firstname.lastname@example.org) to schedule your volunteer job and responsibilities.
If, because of an emergency, you cannot volunteer at the time you have chosen, you are fully responsible to arrange for a replacement.
