PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Foster agrees to bring this cat/dog to veterinary appointments, adoption events, spay or neuter appointments or to allow AWM to make alternate transportation arrangements for these appointments and events to ensure his/her well being and find him/her a forever home. Foster understand that all puppies will be spayed or neutered prior to adoption at the age recommended by a veterinarian approved by AWM.Foster agrees to allow people that AWM has approved to meet the dog/cat at their home or at another location nearby. Foster agrees to return phone calls or email messages from AWM coordinator within 24-48 hours.All items on any Foster Addendum are included under the terms of this contract.Foster understand that AWM retain legal control of his dog/cat and foster is not authorized to make any legal or medical decisions on his/her behalf. This includes agreeing to administer any medication to the foster dog/cat as directed by AWM and/or their veterinarians. If foster does not wish to administer any medication as directed they must contact AWM immediately. AWM retains the right, in it discretions, for any reason,to retain physical possession of the animal at any time. Foster agrees to release the foster dog/cat to AWM upon written demand. PLEASE TAKE IN CONSIDERATION THE FOLLOWING: ANY PET BELONGS TO AWM AND ONLY THE ORGANIZATION DECIDES WHO THE ADOPTER IS. ANY MONEY THAT THE FOSTER SPENDS ON THE PET CARE IS THEIR CHOICE WITHOUT AWM BEING LIABLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT. THE DECISION AND APPROVAL OF ADOPTION IS STILL DETERMINED BY AWM AS BEING THE BEST FIT FOR THE PET AS A FOREVER HOME. There have been no other representations or promises other than those included in this foster home agreement. I/We understand that all work done with AWM is at my/our own risk and fully irrevocable and unconditional release and agree to hold harmless Angels With Me (AWM) Rescue and its individual members from any and all know or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, suspected or unsuspected and/or fixed conditional or contingent actions, causes of actions, charges, suits, debts, demands,claims, contracts, covenants, liens, rights, liabilities, losses, royalties, costs, expenses (including without limitation, attorney's fees) or damages, including but not limited to any medical costs, damages to property, persons or other pets of every kind, nature and description, at law or in equity, in connections with or arising from while I/we are caring for the agreed rescue companion animal. Angels With Me always gives priority to adopt to fosters who are already taking care of one of our available pets. If you are planning to adopt the foster dog/cat please give us a call or fill the online adoption form describing the dog's name and we will be happy to assist you. Please acknowledge: AWM is not responsible for any damages in their property and vehicle. Fosters are forbidden to take our pets to a shelter or any other rescue organization. Please call to make arrangements if you don’t want to foster our pets anymore.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

We have read and fully understand the AWM Foster Home Agreement. There have been no other representations or promises other than those included in this foster home agreement. I/we understand that all rescue volunteer work done with AWM is at my/our own risk.
