Please note as we have a residential community, we like to be able to inform our residents if lots of shouting, load music, nakedness is likely to be happening and when, we ask that you finish all events by 10 pm, and are off site by 11 pm unless previously arranged.

Which rooms do you require use of
The Drawing room £100 per day , £50 1/2 day, £25 eve ( this is our main private use workshop event space its ideal for groups of various sizes 8-12 seated around the open fire, 10/12 for yoga/meditation/dance, 25 in rows on chairs for talks/presentations, 40+ with 20 seated in large circle of chairs & 20+ in inner circle on the floor for ceremonies/talks/storytelling etc ...)
The Grand Hall / Lounge included use for breaks & meals when booking the Drawing room , otherwise £25 per meal/ break (can sit 20 at 2 tables or 16 at 1 table ) teas & coffee, socialising ( please note residents have to occasionally walk through here )
The Chapel occasional prayer meditation included in Drawing room Hire. Please book for private meditation,ceremonies & healing £80 per day , £40 mornings/afternoons, £20 evenings
Do you want sole use of the gardens/grounds for your workshop/ ceremony ? Shared use included in room Hire £75 per day
Number of beds required
We have 3 twin B n B rooms, and 4 futons in the chapel, extra rooms may be available on request either in the Priory or the cottage next door , and we offer bell tents & camping ( please note there may be upto 6/10 residents/ work volunteers living at the Avalon Priory as we are a Holistic community )

We have 3 bell tents @ £60 per tent , that can accommodate 3 in beds or more on the ground , plus a £20 per tent per booking erection/ cleaning fee
Number that require camping
£10 per night per person , bring your own camping gear & bedding. Please note we only have Compost loo's and shared use of the Priory facilities .

3x Twin rooms £35 per bed = £210 per night , chapel 4 beds £25 per bed =£100 per night , plus cleaning fee £20 per bed per booking
Extras
Do you require sole use of kitchen for your vegan/ raw chef ? Extra £50 per day
Do you want to book the sauna ? £10 per person per day
Do you require extra services from our residents like raw/vegan chefs (this negates kitchen booking fee) massage, tours, ceremonies, meet the herd intro, meditation ?( prices on application )

To secure your booking please send a deposit of 20% to our Pay Pal via Avalonpriory@gmail.com or contact us for bank details.
Please note this is a non refundable deposit.
80% of booking fee needs to be paid 1 month in advance of your booking date.
Cancellations and postponements can only be accommodated if replacement bookings happen. Other payment options may be made on application.
