You are entitled to 90 total plays of your song on each station you select and pay for during the 30 day period.
You own the right to use all music you are submitting.
You agree to give The Soundcheck permission to use your music for their programming.
Soundcheck Media Group reserves the right not to broadcast your material if it is offensive, promotes hate or violates copyrights.

In the event of a station outage and your song does not play we will make up the missed plays of your song once the outage has been resolved.
