Booth Space and Regulations:
* Artists must be in attendance & exhibiting work during business hours on all reserved days from 9:00am to 5:00pm *
Acceptance of Offer to Exhibit:
Exhibit Fee: *1 Day Free if all 3 weekends (Sat & Sun) are purchased
Booths (10x10 Shade Tent Space, Weights Required):
$30.00 per day for local residence participants
$60.00 per day for visiting participants
Tables (6ft Max):
$20.00 per day for local residence participants
$40.00 per day for visiting participants
The vendor is required to provide all necessary Tent/Tables & display items.
It is understood that the vendor shall not remove their booth/sales table prior to the end of the each days event. Non-compliance will force The Shops at Zanny's to exclude the offending vendor from future events.
Vendors must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event.
Exhibitors must be at least 16 years old.
Artists may exhibit only in the category in which they submitted for acceptance and may not display work in new categories without re-applying.
Work must be consistent with submitted images.

Set-up Times: 7:30 am - 9:00 am
Festival Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
(extended hours on 2nd & 3rd Saturdays (12th & 19th of October) - participation optional)
Tear down: 5:00 -7:00pm

Terms of Exhibition:
I have read and agree to all of the specified terms and conditions set forth in the Yart Party Application. As a participant, I further release and indemnify Susan Henry and the Shops at Zannys and all of its duly appointed representatives of liability and responsibility for any damage, injury, or loss sustained by exhibitors, guests or other participants before, during, and after the Festival or as a result of the display of my work, equipment, or materials. I understand that the Festival management reserves the right to remove anything that does not meet the standards set forth in this application. I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather. I agree to accept all decisions of the Festival management. I agree to allow the Festival management use of enclosed slides, photos, and other promotional materials, including photographs and videotapes taken at each Festival for the purposes of promotion of the Festival this year and future years. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Susan Henry and the Shops at Zannys, its clients and affiliated organizations or entities, directors, officers, agents, employees, or any of the above from any and all liabilities, demands, claims, damages, or costs to property or persons as a result of participating in the 2019 Yart Party.
Vendors must have a valid California Sellers Permit (State Sales Tax License). Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any and all sales tax.
Accepted exhibitors at the Yart Party may withdraw from the event 30 days prior to the event date and receive a credit toward another event. If withdrawal is made within 30 days of the event date, no refunds are available as all funds are committed to the production, promotion, and marketing of the Festival. All refund requests must be made in writing. We will not process your payments until you are accepted to the event.
Displays are to remain set-up until 5:00 pm on event days, with no exception.
